Getting To Know God
The Bible says
God is ONE.....God is LOVE...God is GOOD.
To know God....you must
claim
no other Mind...that means you must know how to listen in order to hear
Him.
You need always be on
guard for aggressive mental suggestions that
try to allure you from God. Do not allow bad thoughts
in your thinking or your experience. Learn
not to entertain human conceptions.
In the realm of
God.... freedom
is yours.....however ...... you must first accept yourself as a cause of Gods and
not from a human cause. This is very hard to at first understand.... but the
fact is.....we are all from God..........because there is no other cause. Once you
can accept....I mean really accept that there is only one
cause.....then you are well on your way to knowing God.
Since you are of
God you can instantly
claim the perfection with which you were made. You can do this because you understand
what the Bible means when it says in the first part of Genesis,"...and...."
God
saw ALL He had made....and it was GOOD."
God
did not see anything bad that was made so he did not have
to change anything....ever...and neither
do you.
Since
God is the only cause
and He made only good....then that is what you are entitled to experience...........and
you can and you will.... if you get
to know God better............and the first thing you know is.........God is the
ONLY because ....no matter what else seems to be.
Lots of things
seem to be........but in time they are seen as not true or real at all. The same will be for you....once you know
God better
everything will disappear that does not fit into His
creation....His creation of GOOD.
In order for you to know
God better....you must first acknowledge Him and His supremacy......this acknowledgement
will and does eliminate anything outside of Him.....including
all that the human senses scream out as real.
Getting to know
God is laying off all concepts
of yourself as a human being with all the woes that being human encounters. It is
instead knowing and understanding you and God
are one....not two.....ONE. It is through the purification of
your thinking that you meet God.
In order to do this purification it will take great effort on your part. It will be the
constant
meeting and mastering of every single suggestion of another power...another cause.
You know
God by His QUALITIES.....qualities
you see expressed in His creation. Recognizing Gods
qualities is how you recognize God. The more qualities
you see and the more qualities you express.... the more of God you will be able
to find.
Learn to
separate the things of God
from the things of the human world.
You need to be always on the
lookout for anything that would try to convince
you of another power...of another God. God is ONE. God is ALL....
and He does not share His power.
There is no way to know God
better except by giving Him
all power.....keeping Him as the one and only cause...and bowing down to
Him alone.
Getting to know God better is to have
desire to know Him better............real
desire...so much desire that you will put God first in
every aspect of your life. That means you will have to completely silence self.
Self is one of your worst foes
in getting to know God
better. Self wants to be your god....self wants to be in control....self only pleases self.
The surrendering of self will be very very hard to do.........but it is so very important to do....in fact it is
mandatory that you do.
Obedience will also help you find
God. You are obedient when you accept no other god and no other cause....especially
something called the devil as a cause. Jesus called the devil a
liar.... and the father of all lies. Jesus said the truth did not abide in the
devil....so that must mean that whatever the devil says is a lie.............and it is a lie.... for he
speaks
only lies.
If you believe in bad then you have been
taught that there is another
GOD...another POWER....and that God
is not ALL...but that He shares His power.
Why would
Jesus call the devil a liar if he were not one? A lie
and a liar are something
Not true...then the
devil himself is not true....cannot
be true....because he is a lie and a liar. God is ONE...God
is ALL.
God does not share His power...and...God is GOOD.
To know God
better you need to keep your thoughts receptive to
Him...too good. Your human mind needs to be divested
of anything that claims to be something other than good.
As you
stop bowing to other gods; Gods like.....money...anger...sickness...pain...loneliness...jealousy
and all the human excess....you will naturally move closer to God.
In the Bible is also says,” Seek ye first the kingdom of God"...well you can't seek the kingdom of
God and hate...or you can't seek the kingdom of God
and be selfish. You seek the kingdom of God by flooding your thoughts and actions
with His.
To know
God better you have to become more mental. God is
found in heaven ....heaven is your thoughts.
When you find
heaven....God...you then find that freedom from sin, sickness, lack, all miseries....they can not hang around you when you are
in heaven with God.....which only means when you are completely
at one with Gods thoughts.
God
is found in thought...deep deep in thought.....deep
in your very thought...way past the self....past all the human thoughts.
God
can know nothing of anything human...and that is because God
is Spirit....God is Love...God is Mind and Mind
is mental....and mind can only create thoughts...not a sick sad, lonely, angry,
jealous human being.
God can only create what He
knows and He
only knows GOOD....that means He can only create good....for He is ALL GOOD...so that means you have been worshiping
false idols...false
gods....lies.
Instead of bowing before
God you have been bowing to human conditions, human belief, human illusions....not to the
ONE and ONLY GOD....the ONLY CAUSE.....of which can only cause good....because
He is ALL GOOD.
To know
God better you must understand all the various forms of the lies...the illusions....the
old beliefs .... and recognize them for what they are....detours from getting closer to God.
You must accept there is no god in anything but that which is GOOD....and if it is not good...then it is a
lie.... a false power.....a false thought....a false god trying to get you to bow to it. Don't.
Never ever deny Gods
Oneness...by bowing down to something unlike God....or by worshipping or relying on anything beside the
ONE and ONLY God.
But what about bad
things...bad anything. How can you simply ignore the truth of a bad when it appears before you?
How about what the
Bible has to say about bad..."...and the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world.
Where is this deceiver...this
devil, which deceives? In your consciousness...in your very own mind....so to know
God better you will need to cast down the accuser, cast the deceiver out of your thinking....then you will find
God. You need a clean clear mind to find God.
It's a wonderful
awaking to realize that whatever is possible to God is now possible to you....and this is because you and God
are one. You now have the understanding to cast down your accuser...your devil...your deceiver
and to worship and obey only the ONE and ONLY God.
The consciousness of
God...the consciousness of only thoughts of God and His goodness will bring Him
closer to you....make Him more real to you.
To know God
better you must center your thoughts...quiet your thoughts....let the
spiritual thoughts dominate....make Gods presence felt.
The way to God
is to keep acknowledging His PRESENCE...His ALL NESS.....to feel
His complete PEACE....and to have only His thoughts in your mind. Hold tight to the thought that
God
is right with you. Control each thought.
To know
God better means..."Now is the accepted time." Now is the second to feel
God...to be at one with Him.....by having only His thoughts in your mind. "Bring every thought into captivity."
Hold only Gods thoughts and you will hear that sweet still voice speaking to you......and this my friend is
knowing God.....this is being at one with God. You are aware only of HIM.
To know
God better you need to know that there is no division between you and God. You are Gods
expression....you are what God is thinking. You can really only know what God knows. Anything claiming to exist out side of GOOD,
God...is only an illusion...a dream of sorts.....and all you need to do is to wake up....and this should be fairly easy if you
100% believe God is ALL....100% believe God is the ONLY` creator, the ONLY cause.
Keep going back to square one Go....God is ALL....God is
ALL GOOD....God is the ONLY cause....nothing is...unless God created it. Period.
Any
limitation is self-created. Understanding God means you fully understand that everything that pertains to you as
Gods idea, Gods thought is GOOD and that nothing can stop good from you.
God
can never be gone from you...you can only be gone from God......if you chose to think
Any other thoughts besides
GOOD ones...Gods thoughts.
How many GOOD
thoughts do you have? How much real desire do you have to stay constantly in tune with God?
I will tell you it is very difficult in deed to stay in heaven...in thoughts of God....GOOD. You are so
conditioned to the outer world and all its belief systems that it seems so much easier to just let go and
flow with the world.
Sad? You bet....but we all do it.
To know
God better means you spend a little longer each day in prayer....and if you do believe
God is ALL....really ALL then it is your duty to reflect Him in all you say and
do.
It takes a
conscious effort of choosing Gods thoughts and Gods ways....at first it's hard
but as time goes on it becomes easier.
Knowing God
better means you will chose a God thought over a self thought. Remember...self leads to misery....God leads to permanent happiness and eternal life. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God...."
To know
God better you need to recognize Him...you can recognize Him when you see a GOOD....good health...good manners...good
anything is seeing God...knowing God.
Before you can know
God better and understand Him better you must be willing to let go of all the knowledge
you have learned from the world....the world is ignorant of God.....ignorant with all its
old beliefs...pagan beliefs...you need to know God.... from God....not from man...not from the
world.....only God can tell you about Himself....nothing else can.....God is thought and you must find
Him in your own thought...not someone else’s thoughts.
God
is best found in the mental world. Go to Mind....then know He is there waiting for you. Mentally
know God. Just know....know without any doubt that He is there.
To know God better you must
cease from the worlds beliefs of God. You must be silent to hear God speak to you. Do not let
anything in the world be more important to you than God.
Knowing God is knowing
His thoughts...His ways.....and Gods thoughts and Gods ways are entirely different
from the humans.
To know God
better you must never claim there is any other mind...any other power...any other cause.....you must truly know...God is ALL....God is ONE.....God is ALL GOOD....God is the ONLY CAUSE...the
ONLY CREATOR.
